At Energetic Gymnastics we teach children and teenagers how to physically prepare and safely move their bodies in a fun, challenging and safe environment.
We currently offer gymnastics classes for boys and girls from the age of one. Our services include Kinder Gymfun, Gymfun, Cheer Gym and Squad Gym. Children and adolescents can participate in recreational or competitive gymnastics. Classes are offered every weekday and on Saturday mornings at our facility on Dunbar Road in Traralgon.
Energetic Gymnastics is an affiliate of Gymnastics Victoria and Gymnastics Australia. All of our coaches participate in a national accreditation program and have made a commitment to the delivery of contemporary first-class training techniques. At Energetic Gymnastics we respect children and youths and value the opportunity to enrich their lives.
The benefits of gymnastics expand far beyond the training and academic setting. Gymnastics promotes excellent physical and motor development that can be transferred to any athletic endeavour at any stage. Gymnastics teaches crucial life skills such as positive self esteem, confidence, time management, teamwork and self discipline.
